Job Description
· Assist in creating a culture of connectedness and collaboration with the idea of sharing best practices across the service line
· Assist in identifying ways to streamline practices and policies that impact culture (family leave; mobility, leadership development, global engagement survey, diversity, equity and inclusion as areas to consider)
· Coordinate culture events ( brainstorming sessions, lunch and learns, volunteer efforts and other activities)
· Assist with administrative tasks related to team projects
- Assist with DEI talent initiatives and projects
· Coordinate meetings and conference calls (booking rooms, arranging food and beverages, invites, agendas, meeting materials, etc.)
· Perform research and special projects to support the team
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Extraordinary planning and organizational skills and takes initiative
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines
· Effective problem solver
· Proficient in both Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & key Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)
