ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Youth Apprenticeship Program is an opportunity for high school students to gain hands-on experience in the trades. This program combines classroom instruction with real-world, on-the-job training, helping participants develop valuable skills and prepare for a successful career.

JOB OVERVIEW
Depending on the occupational area and chosen pathway, the Youth Apprentice role is designed for students interested in pursuing careers in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades. Apprentices will develop technical competencies, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while contributing to real-world projects.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in [specific job tasks, e.g., assembling parts, data entry, customer service] under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Participate in safety training and follow all workplace safety guidelines.
- Learn and apply industry-specific skills through hands-on tasks.
- Attend required classroom instruction as part of the apprenticeship curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional conduct expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: current high school student entering junior or senior year.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong interest in the trades or manufacturing.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, balancing school and work commitments.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
