Associate Customer Success Executive

Thomson Reuters is recruiting for an Associate Customer Success Executive in our Corporates Risk & Fraud Solutions business. The Risk & Fraud Solutions business provides our customers risk, fraud, and investigations solutions built for preventing, detecting, investigating and combatting fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as an Associate Customer Success Executive​, you will:

• Proactively drive customer retention and growth of existing accounts
• Drive initial product adoption and customer value
• Continued value realization and expansion of use cases
• Improve customer health throughout lifecycle
• Quickly resolve critical customer issues
• Generate and refer qualified leads for cross-sell and upsells to partners
• Participate in the strategic account planning for assigned customer portfolio
• Organize and lead customer engagements including onboarding, kickoff, regular status calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic sessions
• Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
• Maintain strong product knowledge for training, usage, and client satisfaction
• Possesses core knowledge across about the Thomson Reuters Risk & Fraud business

About You:

• Degree-level education and experience in similar roles working with customers to help them in renewals, information analysis, account reviews
• You are passionate about customer success, helping customers, seeing them grow and adopt your products and tools
