Senior Director (m/f/d) - Global Quotation to Cash Governance Lead

<p><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Formulate a vision for the company’s customer service process and technology landscape as well as represent Global Commercial Operations in all other IT-Projects within the scope of Quotation to Cash</li><li>Lead a global community of Customer Service teams, sharing best practices, aligning on standard business processes and technology deployment in order to harmonize all “End-to-End” processes for our global “Quotation to Cash” department</li><li>Design and drive customer service initiatives with focus on continuous improvement and automation of the processes of customer interfaces</li><li>Design and implement harmonized and efficient SAP-landscape that meets the needs of our global commercial organization</li><li>Ensure that all projects are rolled out according to the schedule and defined targets in the different countries</li><li>Communicate the actions needed to implement the function’s strategy and business plan within the team and explain the relationship to the broader organization’s mission, vision and values</li><li>Provide informal and formal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in customer service to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we expect?</b></p><ul><li>Follow our working principles of high agility, quality and efficiency, based on our values: Collaborative, Proactive, Reliable and Excellent!</li><li>A strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop policies, guidelines and standard processes but also to create and communicate the organizations vision for the future</li><li>Extensive experience in driving change management processes and being the PMO for global projects</li><li>Cultivate Innovation: Create new and better ways for the organization to be successful</li><li>Excellent SAP experience in models Sales Distribution, Material Management, Logistic and others are required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business economics with a focus on foreign trade, controlling, organization, IT, finance or equivalent education</li><li>Language skills: English fluent (presenting, writing, reading); other languages besides German are an asset</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our offer to you:</b></p><p></p><p>There is a lot for you to discover at Fresenius, because we have a lot to offer.
