SC Johnson (SCJ) is recognized a leader in marketing innovation, and its success is built solidly upon understanding consumer insights and behavior.  The Consumer Insights & Business Analytics (CIBA) division partners with the Marketing teams, employing forward-thinking, consumer-centric research designs and in-depth, holistic data analysis.  As a Data & Analytics (AI) Intern, your role will involve driving innovation through the use of advanced technology. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn about Generative AI (GenAI) and gain hands-on experience in the field. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with cross-functional teams to assist in developing AI-powered products. 

• Help design and optimize techniques to improve AI model performance. 

• Support the development and maintenance of Python-based workflows for AI applications. 

• Assist in implementing validation methods to ensure AI models are accurate and reliable. 

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
