Overview of Function, Team, and Role

Assists with financial analysis, forecasting/budgeting, operational/metric analysis, business partnering, and ad hoc reporting.  

Intern Assignment and Responsibility

• Assists with Tax, Rent and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) quarterly forecast and monthly expenses tracking  

• Assists with M&A business partnering, monthly reports and cost analysis

• Utilizes Hyperion tool for entering and retrieving financial data and KPIs

• Provides support to the FP&A team as needed

• Other ad hoc duties and analysis as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
