Are you passionate about unlocking the power of data to drive customer engagement? Trissential is hiring a Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist to join our client’s team and lead the rollout of Customer Insights across a large enterprise. This is a high-impact, remote role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, scale, and support Dynamics 365 solutions that transform how the organization understands and interacts with its customers.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and support Dynamics 365 with a focus on Customer Insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage project scope and acceptance
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and story mapping
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact work

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Proven experience configuring Dynamics 365 and gathering business requirements
• Hands-on experience rolling out Customer Insights in a large organization
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine backlogs
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6 years’ experience
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
