Qualtrics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Finance Operations function.   How You’ll Find Success
  • You’ll be a detailed oriented, strategic thinker, who is organized, and who can communicate effectively both written and verbally. 
  • You’ll communicate technical or complex situations and policy to those that aren’t experts in that area.  
  • You’ll understand how your role impacts upstream and downstream teams and drive process improvements and efficiencies. 
  • You'll contribute to the accuracy of our company’s billings and forecasting.
  • You’ll partner with our stakeholders across finance, sales, and customer success to solve problems utilizing your expertise of internal Average Annual Cloud Value (ACV) bookings and quota relief policies, stakeholder management, and finance best practices.
  • You’ll be customer obsessed and make interactions with your stakeholders a professional and respectful experience. 
  • You’ll manage your time to respond to a high volume of stakeholder requests within response timelines (SLAs) and in accordance with monthly accounting close deadlines.
  • You'll work in a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  How You’ll Grow
  • You will work with our leaders on a daily basis and learn how the business is run.
  • Performing day to day Crediting duties such as:
    • Case ownership and transaction processing
    • Support Crediting team members in daily tasks
  • Support transaction level escalations received directly from stakeholders & Crediting Team members
  • Coach and train newly Crediting Team members
  Things You’ll Do
  • Work with manager to delegate and provide thoughtful & intentional guidance and opportunities for growth
  • Escalate cases, questions, and team needs to manager
  • Perform Quarterly Letter Splits
  • Support stakeholder management for Crediting Brand within organization - act as liaison for other team leads on other teams and foster strong relationships
  • Support in team management in case queues/escalations/SLAs & KPI
  • Support team through trainings
  • Senior Subject Matter Expert - expected to hold deep processing knowledge and ability to support the most complex deals
  • Support the Finance Operations manager in ad-hoc requests related to the Crediting Team
  What We’re Looking For on Your Resume
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 1+ year of experience in corporate finance or related fields
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptable team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships
  • Have  mindset for scale, efficiency and growth
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, etc) preferred
