Your new job includes

As part of the Master Data Management team, you will be responsible for the quality of master data. In particular, you will

• obtain supplier and article master data through direct contact with national and international suppliers via data pool and Excel files
• derive training requirements for our suppliers based on the data provided and proactively initiate and conduct working meetings to improve data quality with a maximum focus on results.
• query our suppliers for new master data requirements based on legal regulations
• ensure high data quality at Gebr. Heinemann, especially through completeness and plausibility checks
• carry out the maintenance of quality assurance reporting
• identify and implement process optimizations in day-to-day business

Preferred Profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship 
• First professional experience in master data management - ideally of article and supplier master data
• Good Excel skills and ideally data pool and SAP knowledge
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• A quick apprehension, team spirit and enjoy communicating with internal and external contacts
