Job Description

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements through evaluation of real-time data 
• Work with the business to develop algorithms and visualizations of the metadata 
• Represent Data Science and the Data at external meetings 
• Represent VP of Data Analytics or VP of Data Science at meetings 
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integration 
• Design, document and maintain processes 
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and document 
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations 
• Communicate key insights and findings 
• Evaluate, analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes 
• Line management 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or experience in Data Science.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools 
• Practical experience in generating process documentation and reports 
• Line management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication including technical writing skills 
• R, RShiny, SQL, Python 

Education, Certification and Licenses:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Mathematics 
• Master’s Degree
