Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of talent at CHEP? As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, ANZ, you'll be at the forefront of driving recruitment strategies for our Supply Chain organization. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, delivering innovative, proactive recruitment solutions that align with our business needs.  CHEP is a global leader in sustainability with a presence in 60 countries and a deep history of growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Strategic Recruitment Partner: Deliver recruitment activities for Supply Chain, collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to source top talent to support our frontline operations in our service delivery centres. Your efforts will be critical in ensuring production levels are met.
• Drive Innovation with Technology: Integrate cutting-edge tools like AI and Recruitment Process Automation to streamline the hiring process, eliminate bias, and enhance candidate assessments.
• Master Proactive Sourcing: Utilize Boolean searches, social media, and networking groups to attract passive talent. Tap into digital platforms and industry contacts to engage with hard-to-find talent.
• Employer Value Proposition: Promote our employer brand through targeted marketing and create an unforgettable candidate experience.
• Champion Diversity: Reach a broader talent pool with a focus on inclusive hiring.
• Leverage Market Intelligence: Align recruitment efforts with market insights to ensure our Supply Chain organization stays ahead of industry trends.
• Deliver Results: Meet demanding timelines, manage the end-to-end recruitment process via Workday ATS, and continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

What You Bring:

• Experience & Expertise: end to end recruitment expertise, ideally within an international matrixed organization. Proven track record in both high-volume recruitment and specialist roles.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of ATS (preferably Workday), online sourcing strategies, and candidate relationship management tools.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-calibre results.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels within the organization, negotiate effectively, and earn trust quickly.
• Commitment to Diversity: Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, with a proven ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
