The Opportunity 

 

The Financial Analyst will play a support role in helping to drive the financial/operational performance of the North America and Global GPN Product Supply Team. As a Financial Analyst at GPN supporting the Product Supply organization, your work will be used throughout the organization to drive improvements in cost, process improvements, and understanding the company. This role will report to the Finance Reporting Manager and will be responsible for consolidating product supply data, perform complex finance analyses to ensure financial goals are being met, and report key Global PS KPI’s (CapEx, etc.).

Influencer Strategically Focused - The job’s core deliverables rely on influencing or negotiating with internal contacts around the globe. Relationships typically involve successful collaboration on routine matters and/or with peer level clients and/or internal customers. This permanent position will report to the Finance Manager.

 

• Monthly inventory value consolidation
• Work with global customers to identify key drivers
• Manage Global Product Supply KPI’s
• Forecast and budget creation for Product Supply team (CapEx)
• Create monthly North America and Global PS reporting deck
• Support Productivity Improvement teams.
• Continuously Improve the Finance Operations team.
• Support month end close where necessary
• Ad Hoc requests as needed supporting report of:
• Productivity
• Inflation
• Inventory
• Forecasting
• Variance Analysis 

 

The Skills you will bring to the team 

• Bachelor’s degree and/or professional accountancy qualification (Ex. CPA)
• 0-3 years of relevant experience is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing plant experience is a plus
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Professionally communicates with the team.
• Ability to dissect reports and recommend changes
• Monthly Variance Analysis. Review capital projects to justify ROI.   Ad-hoc analysis for Sr. Management.

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.  Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.  The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $65K - 77K with an annual bonus.
