- Develop models to predict unit sales of Wearables hardware products
- Create KPIs to measure and explain performance of the business
- Query and visualize data from internal systems to develop insights into trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with analytical, product, sales, demand planning, and finance teams to develop a robust understanding of product performance
- Develop strong business partnerships with Demand Planning, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership overall
- Develop and uplevel existing planning, budgeting, and reporting with modeling contributions
- Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
- Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative field
- 6+ years of experience in finance, analytics or business strategy
- Experience managing end-to-end forecast processes across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
- Experience forecasting and modeling techniques that support various types of strategic analytics (i.e., time series forecasting, new product entry, scenario planning)
- Experience partnering with and influencing functional leaders
- Experience using data, analytics and visualization technologies including SQL or a similar database querying language, Tableau, and/or advanced analytical skills using Excel and Google Sheets
- Proven experience working and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with deadlines and changing priorities
- Experience with consumer hardware business models
- Advanced degree such as an MS or PhD in quantitative field
