Position Available: Elementary School Principal

Compensation: $90,000- $105,000/yr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

Are you a passionate leader ready to shape the future of young learners? We're looking for a dedicated Principal to lead our private elementary school with heart, vision, and excellence! As the educational leader of the program, you'll work closely with our Head of Schools to create a nurturing atmosphere where students thrive, teachers are inspired, and families feel connected. Your impact will include:  

• Creating a joyful, engaging, and supportive learning environment  
• Building & leading a top-tier academic team that embodies our values & culture  
• Overseeing curriculum development and ensuring top-quality materials  
• Strengthening family relationships and supporting student enrollment  
• Planning & directing school-wide activities, events, and calendar coordination  

• Engaging with our parent community and leading Open House events

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will come with:

• Several years of teaching experience
• 3-5 years of administration or leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field
• Current Teaching Credential (preferred)
• Master's in Education or Related Field (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
