CI Specialist, Operations Support – Senior

We are seeking experienced CI Specialists to serve as Technical Counterintelligence (TCI) Operations Support. 

Serve as CI Specialist focusing on Operational Support to the Command Group.  This position will work directly with command to support planning efforts for both long and short-term operational requirements.  The candidate should have a good understanding of command priorities and the ability to apply resources directly to these requirements.  The candidate will work directly with senior military officers and should have the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats.  The candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, budgets, and resources supporting the command. 

Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain operational mission data to build short- and long-range operational calendars.
• Create weekly updates on supported operational activities and projected mission schedules.
• Collect and maintain funding, equipment, personnel, and training requirements for operational activities to enable forecasting of unit requirements.
• Create quarterly updates on current resource levels and projected mission requirements.
• Create and/or update standing operating procedures (SOP) of unit operational support activities. 
•  Update and maintain repository utilized to store products. Participates in analytical collaboration with external IC agencies and respond to customer RFIs.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 12 years’ relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or 
• Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or 
• Associate degree and 16 years of relevant, or  
• High school diploma and 20 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with schedule writing and verbal and written communications
• Certification from formal intelligence training, to include intelligence MOS school at Service level
• Active TS/SCI clearance
