Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
As part of the IAM COE Team your activities will include:
- Plan, execute, and document periodic user access reviews across business applications, systems, and platforms.
- Coordinate with application and data owners to verify appropriateness of access based on job roles and segregation of duties.
- Track and follow up on review completion, escalate overdue items, and remediate any anomalies.
- Support implementation and operation of IAM controls, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining IAM policies, procedures, and control evidence.
- Monitor IAM metrics (e.g., access provisioning SLAs, review completion rates) and contribute to periodic reporting.
- Prepare audit evidence and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in administration of IAM tools for access review process (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Entra ID, or other IGA platforms).
- Participate in automation efforts related to access certifications and reporting.
- Work closely with HR, IT Operations, Compliance, and Application Owners to ensure smooth IAM operations.
- To be part of new projects and prioritize the features expressed by stakeholders and the scopes to be deployed within the IAM and PAM solutions.
- To mentor the end users to ensure that they are trained, and the new usages are accepted and retained (Foster Security Culture).
- To participate to committees with the different stakeholders to inform about IAM controls and Access Review campaigns.
- To promote the IAM solution for Access Recertification process.

The IAM Security Analyst will interact mainly with:
- Group CISO
- Regional / BU CISO
- IT / Project teams in Global Technology and BU
- Group Internal Audit / External auditors
- Local IAM Teams
Required skills & PROFILE
The successful candidate will be an information security enthusiast, with a desire to work in a transversal/international role and the ability to engage with senior managers when needed.
You are graduated from Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
You have demonstrated:
- Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD).
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, SSO, and role-based access control concepts.
- Ability of creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring policies, standards, procedures, programs, plans, and processes.
- A basic understanding / knowledge in Cybersecurity
- Excellent relationship / communication skills (oral / written)
- An analytical mind
- Proactivity, agility & pragmatism
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environments
- A result-oriented mindset
