Business Development Intern

About the Role:

10x is seeking a motivated business development intern who is ready to learn and contribute to building the company's partnership strategy in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in enabling 10x’s partnership strategy by identifying, qualifying, and populating information about potential partners. The role will produce reports and presentations , conduct market research, and make recommendations to identify 10x partnership opportunities in several different markets. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in the biological sciences and interested in learning more about business administration. As an intern, you will learn, grow, and contribute to 10x’s business while working on exciting projects alongside top professionals.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct market research across a number of biotechnology fields and disease/health-care markets
• Identify and compile information about potential partners
• Perform research and analysis of specified markets
• Present findings to internal teams of stakeholders
• May perform additional projects upon request

• Prior internships and/or work experience

 

Below is the base pay range for this full time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.  This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.  Your 10x recruiter can share more about the Company’s total compensation package during the hiring process.
