RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is an integral part of Coty Global Business Services Finance Operations Team which is responsible for an operational excellence and smooth delivery for Accounts Receivables domain managed under Business Processing Outsourcing partner globally in all centres.

 

Accounts Receivables Operations Lead is responsible for managing Business Process Outsourcing Partner operations directly, being at the same time focal point for local market CFOs, LECs, Finance Business Partners & Regional Leads globally partnering with Global Business Services Transformation and GPO team on process improvements & transformation.

 

Your main focus:

• Own the operational agenda run by BPO and keep them accountable for operational delivery
• Support resolution of escalations addressed by local FBPs/Regional Leads to find balanced, fact based outcome and clear next steps
• Partner with AR Global Process Owner and country FBPs, regional leads on any new projects affecting BPO from Operations perspective, provide insights on Operations (any new scope, de-scope, and expansion of existing scope)
• Build strong open and transparent relationship with BPO, Local Markets, Regional Leads supporting/driving their areas of concern as required

The operations team consists of 6 professionals and you will work closely together with several departments such as the finance community (AR local market representatives, our SSC AR operation teams & the Legal entity controllers, market CFO’s), Customer Service teams, IT.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are passionate about beauty! As an experienced Business Services AR Capability Lead, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:

• Broad experience in finance and accounting and AR or in BPO environment
• In depth knowledge of end-to-end AR processes and operations, best practices, and improvement enablers
• Exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiar with financial and ERP systems, ideally SAP, HFM and High Radius
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and build strong business relationships through strong communication, networking and negotiation skills across all levels of the organization globally
• Self-starter able to work independently and able to prioritize tasks & workload with excellent attention to detail, results orientated
• Ability to work in an international business context, advanced English (both verbal and written) is essential
• Willing to travel as required
