For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/x). In this position, you will be a sparring partner to Hiring Managers across various business units from Commercial to Engineering Teams. Together with you and your talent, we want to make consumption sustainable and build the leading marketplace for refurbished products in Europe. WHO YOU ARE

• You have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a variety of roles ranging from associate to executive levels.
• You enjoy leadership hiring and have prior experience in hiring for roles all the way up to the Heads/Directors of Departments.
• You are structured and consider metrics to be essential for streamlining processes
• You love tracking recruiting activities and working in an OKRs environment
• You are familiar with sourcing candidates using different platforms (e.g. Linkedin) and provide a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• You are a candidate experience enthusiast and are up-to-date with the newest & best approaches to provide an excellent journey
• Your second name is "talent hunter". You know the best tricks on how to detect talents and get yourself up-to-date with the latest trends in sourcing
• You are fluent in English

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will work as a recruiting expert independently working on roles across various levels.
• You will work collaborative with a team of talented recruiters to continuously share knowledge and improve our strategies 
• You will coordinate kick-off meetings with leaders, decide on the appropriate search strategy, conduct interviews and drive a data-driven decision-making process together with them
• You ensure a first-class candidate experience by providing timely feedback and transparent communication throughout the whole recruitment process
• You are keen to further develop and strengthen refurbed's candidate experience
• You are aware of common hiring biases and are action-driven in coping with them to achieve a competency-based hiring process
• You support or take the lead for further HR projects (e.g. hiring events, interview trainings, etc ...)

ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE

• You worked with ATS tools like Greenhouse and CRM tools, such as Gem
• You have experience working in a scale-up
