Account Manager Enterprise and Public Sector

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where innovation meets impact? As an Account Manager you’ll lead the charge on expanding Nokia’s footprint with Enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions that transform industries.

The Enterprise organization within Nokia Network Infrastructure, focus on the Transportation, Energy, Public-Sector, Large Enterprise, Financial Services and Healthcare segments. These are the “non-telco” segments where Nokia Network Infrastructure expand sales and growth significantly.
 

What You'll Do:

• Spot and seize new business opportunities with major clients
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing customers and strategic partners
• Act as the go-to expert for Nokia’s cutting-edge portfolio—think AI-driven automation, mission-critical networks, and secure data center solutions
• Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to final negotiation
• Define the best go-to-market strategy for each deal: direct or through key partners
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and hit both short- and long-term targets

 

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, telecom, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales/account management in data center solutions
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—you're great at seeing the big picture and closing deals
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• High integrity and strong customer focus—you care about doing business the right way
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter with a “make it happen” mindset
