Working within this area, you will have tasks that span from basic finance assignments to very detailed analyses and strategic business cases and investment proposals. You will work closely and spare with a strong team across Supply Chain Finance where there are continuous opportunities to learn and develop. You key responsibilities will be:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Acting as a sparring partner to the International Production VP and team across areas such as business cases, CAPEX projects, COGS calculation and other ad hoc analyses.</li> <li>Driving standardization and automatization, sharing best practices and tools across all Arla Foods production sites and as well all our logistics business area.</li> <li>Support local finance organization and prepare materials for the monthly performance meeting.</li> <li>Be the link between international markets and SC Finance</li> <li>Drive both small and large projects within Supply Chain Finance, for example supporting new sites (e.g. Joint ventures) with the Arla ways of working</li> <li>Lead the development of Supply Chain waste program</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>As a member of the supply chain finance team, you cooperate closely with stakeholders throughout our supply chain, across sites and in performance management.</p> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p>You have a relevant financial master’s degree giving you solid theoretical knowledge that matches your business acumen. We also look forward to seeing candidates with:</p> <ul> <li>Several years of finance experience, where you have translated financial performance data into business cases and actions.</li> <li>An ability to work independently but who enjoys interacting with others, especially with cultures outside of Europe.</li> <li>The professional clout to challenge financial performance and business proposals, with the skill to establish yourself as a go-to partner</li> <li>Strong time management and organizational skills where you will be juggling multiple projects at the same time.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Would you like to join us?</p> <p>If you want to seize this exciting opportunity, please apply as soon as possible.
