The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving digital initiatives by leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, and modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with our digital transformation strategy.

Work You’ll Do

• Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, supporting digital transformation goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend Salesforce customizations and configurations that drive efficiency and innovation
• Partner with developers to design and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects that align with broader digital transformation efforts
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of Salesforce solutions with the organization's digital transformation roadmap
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels
• Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with API development and integrations with Salesforce
• Familiarity with custom application development within the Salesforce platform
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud and experience working in a cloud-based environment
• Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar tools
• Understanding of data migration and integration techniques
• Based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed

The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. In addition to
