Senior Product Manager - Finance Systems

As the Senior Product Manager for the Financial Postings and Reporting Domain, you will own the vision and development of financial reporting systems that ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency across the DPP. You will be instrumental in automating financial postings and delivering robust reporting tools for stakeholders.

• Define the product strategy for financial postings and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the development of automated financial posting processes, integrating with systems like Oracle and MARS.
• Design and implement reporting solutions to support compliance, audit, and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure robust data flow and accuracy.
• Develop tools to address manual workflows, including out-of-band payments, write-offs, and adjustments.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as posting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and audit readiness.
• Stay updated on financial regulations to ensure the platform meets global compliance standards.
• Define product requirements for finance systems and solutions (FIS/Oracle)

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial systems, reporting, or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger systems, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with global payment systems and tax compliance is a plus.
