Customer Service Representative

Kennicott Brothers Company is a leader in the wholesale floral distributor world. We are committed to providing quality floral products that our customers value most, from fresh flowers to floral supplies, to unique one-of-a-kind items. This position includes warehouse work when needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Assist the processing of in-bound product
• Rotate stock as directed
• Phone management with any problems or concerns
• Carry product up to 80 lbs.
• Separate product for order filling/processing
• Control overstock by assisting in organizing product from pallets in coolers to racks 
• Straighten boxes, sweep floors, remove trash as needed
• Pull and pack product orders
• Stock and maintain label printer
• Assist with production, stack pallets, label boxes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Physical Requirements:

Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations. Lift at least 50 lbs. Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems, Point of Sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
