Description

The University of MichiganFlint seeks highly qualified applicants for a tenuretrack Assistant Professor position in Accounting, beginning Fall 2026. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses at the postsecondary level and conduct research in accounting. 
  • Advise students. 
  • Perform service to the university. 

Salary will be competitive with other AACSB Accredited institutions and we offer guaranteed summer research support for two years for incoming faculty as well as a generous research/travel budget.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Accounting or related field by start date of 8/20/2026. 
  • Teaching/research experience (which may be gained as part of Ph.D.).
