Senior Front-End Wed Developer

What does a Senior Front-End Web Developer do at Fiserv?
A Senior Front-End Web Developer at Fiserv modernizes the Treasury flagship product by implementing coding requirements and tackling complex software challenges. This role involves developing Interactive UI with Angular / react and utilizing modern micro app / micro-front architectures, requiring strong technical skills and collaboration across teams.  

What you will do:

• Optimize website performance, improving load times, and troubleshooting front-end issues
• Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to implement solutions that align with business requirements.
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality and high standards throughout the development process.
• Prepare and review technical designs, conduct code reviews, and oversee the delivery of robust architectural solutions.
• Promote a DevOps culture by partnering with scrum teams to drive improvements through CI/CD processes. 

What you must have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a front-end web developer demonstrating strong programming capabilities
• 3+ years of proficiency with Angular, Type script, JavaScript HTML, CSS
• 3+ years of experience with RESTful APIs, UI/UX design principles, front-end tools, API gateways (Apigee), Devops processes
• 3+ years of experience managing authentication flows, management of cookies, nonce, tokens and access management, administering and consuming cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6-10 years of comprehensive software development experience, including expertise in software architecture, design, and distributed systems

What would be great to have:

• Experience in designing and developing distributed, cloud-based microservices architectures, with hands-on knowledge of containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and performance testing techniques to ensure application reliability and efficiency.
• Relevant experience in the banking industry, alongside advanced knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) practices, particularly using tools like GitHub Enterprise
   

Salary Range

$99,400.00 - $177,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
