Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking dedicated Respiratory Therapists to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This position offers a stable schedule with opportunities for both day and night shifts, providing a balanced work-life environment. You will be part of a comprehensive healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality respiratory care to patients.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time position: 36 hours/week (3 shifts of 12 hours each)
- Shifts Available: Both day and night shifts

Position Requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
- Certification: Possession of CRT or RRT Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and care for patients with acute or chronic respiratory conditions.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as spirometry and blood gas analysis.
- Manage and operate various respiratory equipment (ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP machines).
- Monitor patient physiological responses to therapy.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
