After successfully achieving this goal, and looking ahead to 2026, our focus remains on crafting our skills and making Kaizen a "Mobile First" company.</p> <p>Our mobile team consists of 17+ iOS Engineers and 18 Android Engineers and they are complemented by Software Engineers in Test, for the quality perspective.</p> <p>Our Engineers work either in our Mobile Infrastructure team or they actively contribute to our cross-functional feature squads.</p> <p>Our mobile applications have a widespread user base, reaching millions of people across many countries and continents. We use Swift/Kotlin to create a quality codebase and we heavily invest in covering our codebase with tests on all levels.
