Mobile Loan Signing Agent | Pennsylvania (Delaware County)

We are searching for those truly exceptional mobile notaries that enjoy their role in the process, create great rapport in the room and gracefully roll with the ever changing dynamics of real estate settlements.

This is a 1099 contractor position, paid per file. We pay the following rates:

• Buyer/Joint: $200

• Seller: $100

• Refinance: $125

Requirements

• Closed at least 100 purchase transactions

• Own a mobile scanner and hotspot (MOBILE EQUIPTMENT REQUIRED)

• Willingness to cover closings in Delaware County, PA

• Commissioned notary in the state of Pennsylvania
