About the role
Meta is seeking a talented technology transactions attorney to work on our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Partnerships legal team. This role's primary function is to support a broad range of technology transactions focused on Meta’s AI research, products and services. You will join a growing team of technology deal lawyers working on fast-paced and exciting projects.

$167,000/year to $233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

- Provide legal advice and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as subject matter expert on artificial intelligence technology transactions.
- Draft, negotiate and close artificial intelligence transactions of various complexity.
- Actively participate on cross-functional teams.
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Active membership in at least one US state bar and eligibility to obtain registered in-house counsel status (if required by the State Bar in the assigned work location)
- 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including at a law firm and/or in-house
- Demonstrate business judgment and client counseling experience
- Experience drafting complex technology licensing agreements and technology transaction counseling experience
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working proactively, independently and reliably under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating at all levels of the business across functions, including leadership and C-suite
- Experience working on AI transactions
