Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead the Gotham Health Brooklyn Region for NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health care system in the country.

This position is responsible for oversight of Gotham Health's multiple locations in Brooklyn, New York.
Opportunity Details:
- Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation across the overseen Region of sites (i.e. - Brooklyn)
- Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices
- Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week
- Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management
- Assessment of clinical providers
- Finance, budget, and reimbursements
- Recruitment strategies
- Travel to sites within the Brooklyn Region will be required
- 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or equivalent care of specialization
- Masters degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine or in Public Health from an accredited college or university
- Ten (10) years of full-time clinical experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience
- An equivalent combination of training, education and experience in related fields and educational disciplines
- Knowledge of business and human resources administration principles, faculty practice and finance
- Experience with FQHC, preferred
- Knowledge of EPIC Electronic medical records
Wages and Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary: $269,000* based on a 40-hour work week.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $295,900**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
- 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
- Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
- After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
