As a product manager within Menu Business Operations, this role will lead the strategy, development, and ongoing management of an integrated product lifecycle system that enables end-to-end visibility, governance, and execution of menu innovation. This partner will work cross-functionally across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to define and deliver a scalable, centralized system of record that connects planning, timelines, and decision-making. This role will build a net-new capability while also sustaining and continuously enhancing the platform to support evolving business needs.
As a product manager, Menu Business Operations, you will…
· Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of an integrated product lifecycle management system, establishing a single source of truth across cross-functional partners for product development, planning, and commercialization timelines
· Partner across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to define requirements, drive alignment, and implement scalable solutions that improve visibility, governance, and decision-making
· Own portfolio management for seasonal and core menu initiatives, including end-to-end calendaring, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and development of dashboards and reporting to enable proactive business management
We’d love to hear from people with:
· Progressive experience in product management, business operations, or system implementation, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
· Experience building or managing enterprise tools/platforms (e.g., product lifecycle management, project portfolio management, or similar systems) with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
