Core One is seeking a Senior Physical Security Policy Expert to support the US Government. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic training objectives, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and mission success
• Assume a leadership role within the program: guiding and mentoring instructors and trainers
• Develop and oversee comprehensive physical security policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with federal regulations
• Analyze threats, evaluate security technologies, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure the protection of government facilities and assets

Requirements:

• TS/SCI with Poly is required
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training programs and mentor trainers to maintain high training standards.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in firearm handling, weapons control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey training concepts and work collaboratively with trainers and trainees.
• Proficiency in developing training materials, manuals, and documentation.
