We are currently searching for dedicated candidates to join our dynamic team as Senior Web Analytics Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative thinker for the role of Senior Web Analytics Specialist. This role demands an individual who can translate data into actionable insights, drive multiple concurrent projects, and ensure global standardization and monitoring of implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders, refine web analytics tracking business requirements, own project lifecycle to ensure tracking benefits delivered and measured for all stakeholders.
• Ensure global standardization of Web Analytics Variables and Events and monitor implementations to maintain global consistency and quality.
• Communicate technical details of Web Analytics implementations clearly to IT teams. Drive implementation with meticulous quality and efficiency.
• Develop a full understanding of how to optimally track end-to-end journeys across complex website and e-commerce systems spanning multiple regions and business units.
• Translate complex Web Analytics data into clear and actionable insights.
• Drive multiple concurrent projects with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct end-to-end Web Analytics tracking investigations, driving them to proposals and resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with web analytics tools and implementations in a commercial large enterprise e-commerce environment (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manage, OneTrust, Magento, Shopify)
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive IT teams towards solutions (e.g., experience of tracking ticket status and driving resolution across multiple teams and ticketing systems such as JIRA)
• Broad knowledge of Web Analytics and Digital Marketing techniques and strategies
• Strong business communication skills (e.g., developing and presenting proposals for optimizations to Web Analytics including the business value estimation)
• Enthusiastic about working on the most complex problems. (e.g., Ability to troubleshoot Web Analytics end-to-end using Web Developer tools, dataLayer analysis, querying web analytics click-stream data)
