We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.</p> <p><span><strong><span>What you'll do:</span></strong></span></p> <p><span>In Portugal, we are hiring HR Business Partners for 3 Lines of Business: Corporate Functions, Customer Services &amp; Delivery, and Customer Success</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Corporate Functions</span></strong></span></p> <p><span>As a People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) Business Partner (f/m/d) of the newly established P&amp;C Business Partnering Team for Corporate Functions you'll be a strategic partner to the executives, senior Managers and respective leadership teams in People &amp; Culture ("HR for HR")</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Customer Services &amp; Delivery / Customer Success</span></strong></span></p> <p><span>As a People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) Business Partner of the newly established P&amp;C Business Partnering Team for Go-to-Market Customer Services &amp; Delivery / Customer Success you'll be a strategic partner to the executives and executive leadership teams in the office of the CEO organization.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>You will play a vital role as a trusted partner and act as a strategic and sparring partner to the business, providing consulting, strategic insights and guidance on all relevant P&amp;C topics.</span></p> <p><span>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Provide outstanding strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team combined with high operational excellence to accelerate SAP’s Next Level of Transformation.</span></li> <li><span>Drive the strategic priorities of the SAP People Agenda and ensure consistent execution within Business Area while influencing scalable solutions with P&amp;C Services and P&amp;C Practices (Global Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity &amp; Inclusion etc.). </span></li> <li><span>Translating business-specific needs towards P&amp;C and vice versa while driving people and organizational initiatives to facilitate business transformation and cultural change.</span></li> <li><span>Provide consulting, strategic insights and guidance on all relevant P&amp;C topics and support development and implementation of global products and programs across all relevant P&amp;C areas, like providing consulting, strategic insights and guidance on all relevant HR topics.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>What you bring:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  </span></li> <li><span>Min. of 5 years relevant experience in People &amp; Culture/HR Business partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment.</span></li> <li><span>Good understanding of SAP’s Strategy, Business Model and organizational set-up.</span></li> <li><span>Solid consulting and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with high-level stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Good project management skills to lead people workstreams in transformational business initiatives. </span></li> <li><span>Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills to be able to translate business requirements into clear P&amp;C requirements.  </span></li> <li><span>Excellent skills in analysing and using P&amp;C data to support decision making processes.  </span></li> <li><span>Experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with a big level business impact is a plus.</span></li> <li><span>Strong strategic influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. </span></li> <li><span>Show strong cultural awareness and adaptability.   </span></li> <li><span>High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data. </span></li> <li><span>Excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication and presentation skills (English verbal &amp; written). </span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong><span> </span></strong></span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Meet your team: </span></strong></span></p> <p><span>Here at SAP, we recognize the value of teamwork and collaboration.
