Assistant Associate Director, Leasing, Vietnam

The Role

 

This position will be leading and managing the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
