Wound Care: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – *Temporary* Full-Time

Location: Dayton General Hospital – Wound Care Clinic; Dayton, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift       

Compensation: $29.50 - $40.00 per hour         

Mondays - Thursdays | 7:30am - 5:00pm | Temporary Full-Time; Possible Per Diem after assignment

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual for a temporary full-time position, with the potential to transition to per diem or permanent full-time based on performance and department needs.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN license; or active Multi-State License
• BLS certification every 2 years
• Wound Care certification is preferred
   

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and wound care, including assessments, treatments, and patient/caregiver education.
• Deliver efficient, organized care during clinic sessions under physician guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians, directors, and healthcare team to meet patient and clinic needs.
• Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills; prepare reports and documentation as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and web-based programs effectively.
• Ensure safe work practices; occasional exposure to chemicals and moderate noise.
• Oversee clinical practice and outcomes for the Wound Care Center.
