Global Business Integration (GBI) is an organization dedicated to supporting and integrating business change into GTLS through change execution, project management and risk mitigation.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing a strong foundation for GTLS’s GBI Operational Risk and Control framework. You will help define and document end-to-end processes, support risk identification and control mapping, issue mitigation and ensure alignment with enterprise risk policies and regulatory obligations.

You’ll partner closely with GTLS teams and collaborate with business units within and outside of Global Servicing (GS) to drive process governance, embed operational resilience, and strengthen risk ownership.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead process mapping and documentation activities across key GTLS functions, ensuring visibility into workflows, risks, and controls
  • Assist in developing & documenting project plans, tracking milestones, reporting on progress to ensure timely execution of risk resolution intitiatives
  • Perform in-depth qualitative & quantitative assessment of existing GTLS processes & sub-processes
  • Review and assess current processes for control gaps, compliance issues, and inefficiencies, and support remediation planning
  • Support root cause analysis of risk events and help track corrective action and remediation plans.
  • Monitor progress against program deadlines; managing several tasks simultaneously and assisting with creating reports & dashboards providing progress, analytical trends with emerging risks/challenges etc. for leadership review and decision making
  • Provide support for strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including responses to stakeholders, audit and regulatory requests
  • Be able to effectively collaborate with multiple partners across various business units, cross-functional & cross-geographical teams to deliver results

Temporary Work Assignment (up to 12 months)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or risk management
  • Strong project management, time management, and workload prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build reports, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to map and document complex business processes using tools such as Visio
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in evolving risk environments
  • Proven expertise in premium card products, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Superior, detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively
