Global SAP Concur Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
•    Provide production support and enable system enhancements - administration of SAP Concur system and possibly small administration tasks for other applications (eg. Smart Close); 
•    Design and maintain report templates in SAP Concur Intelligence tool according to defined criteria and best practices;
•    Work with Business representatives, Users and IT to understand requirements and identify approaches to meet their needs;
•    Initiate change management processes to schedule system changes and to ensure each is appropriately authorized, tested, approved and implemented with clearly defined back-out plans in case of failure;
•    Ensure internal controls are maintained, thorough audits are performed on a timely basis and that travel and purchasing card policies are enforced and updated as required;
•    Be creative, innovative and design thinking to enable and improve business processes through new or enhanced products / tools, systems integrations.

 

Requirements:
•    Good knowledge of SAP Concur and related accounting processes (professional experience would be an advantage);
•    Understanding of ERP systems desirable (SAP preferred);
•    Fluent English language skills;
•    Self-starter, able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach;
•    Strong interpersonal skills; empathic and open to work with different cultures;
•    Resilient and able to work under time pressure to reach the goals;
•    The highest legal and ethical standards;
•    Excellent ability to multi-task;
