Job OverviewThe Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager, Prepaid Performance Steering, is responsible for driving strategic business planning and performance management across T-Mobile’s prepaid portfolio. This role develops executive-ready business insights, industry trend analyses, and macroeconomic briefs to inform prepaid growth strategies and quarterly subscriber and revenue targets. The position partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing, FP&A, Supply Chain, Media, and Channel leaders to align on targets, promotional strategies, and performance expectations. The role also coordinates channel-level accountability and proactively manages in-quarter performance by identifying risks and opportunities to drive profitable growth. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex business dynamics into actionable recommendations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate marketing strategies that drive subscriber and revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to identify opportunities and craft decision-ready insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface risks/opportunities and drive a unified, data informed commercial strategy.
- Support business reviews and leadership forums with clear storytelling and performance narrative.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt strategies in a fast-paced, changing environment to maintain business performance.

- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience(Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree with 5 years of related work experience (Preferred)
- Work Experience:
- Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. (Required)
- Driving strategy cross functionally. (Preferred)
- Analyzing customer, business and industry data to drive business performance (Preferred)
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Communication
Strong strategic communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex business performance data into clear, executive-ready recommendations and insights
Collaboration
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Problem solving
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting business performance trends, subscriber metrics, financial data, and market dynamics to drive actionable recommendations
Organization
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution within a given timeline
Industry knowledge
Familiarity with telecommunications, subscription-based business models, or other recurring revenue industries, including an understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and profitability drivers

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
