As a vital member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute company-wide HR Controlling initiatives, making a significant impact on our success.</p><p>Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Financial Controller and play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our organisation!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><p><strong>Financial Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner</li><li>Provide insights into financial performance, on an ad-hoc basis, to aid in decision-making and strategic planning</li></ul><p><strong>Budgeting and Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, monitor, and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.</li><li>Provide financial projections and analysis to support long-term financial planning and business growth.</li><li>Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Systems and Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in Controlling or Investment Banking</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills</li><li>Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential for this role</li><li>Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial </li><li>You thrive in  dynamic environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function</li><li>Fluency in English.
