We’re searching for a Program Support Coordinator -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. This position involves independently performing routine administrative tasks and managing projects, including specialized planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking duties to meet departmental needs. The coordinator will analyze and track the results of various efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Provides Clerical Support for Service Activities. Coordinate ongoing and special strategic and program-related projects
•    Prepares necessary information in support of annual planning for upcoming meetings/events
•    Request materials/documentation for projects, including but not limited to appeals, mailings, announcements, emails, and other required forms
•    Coordinate input from the manager and other internal/external to create a detailed project plan for each effort (tasks, risks, issues, team resources, etc.)
•    Drive creation and timely delivery of projects
•    Coordinate internal and external team member communication
•    Coordinate schedules, including requests for products and tasks from internal and external team members
•    Answers telephone promptly and courteously and deliver accurate, messages to the appropriate person Triage inquiries from external constituents in a prompt and courteous manner regarding programs or messages, responding or forwarding as appropriate with no more than four documented complaints per year
•    May maintain inventory of department equipment/supplies and orders -replacements as needed.
•    Provide data management and support.
•    Provides Administrative Support to Service Specific Program
•    Performs other essential job-related functions

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining close working relationships with key stakeholders, collaborators, and vendors who provide essential services and information. The coordinator will also maintain a comprehensive understanding of the department's operational priorities, contributing to the lab's mission of advancing motion analysis research and clinical applications. 
  Skills & Requirements 
•    Required H.S. Diploma or equivalent 
•    Preferred bachelor's degree 
•    Required 2 years of Administrative and/or program support experience with  
•    Preferred 3 years of Project management experience 
•    A bachelor's degree may substitute for the two years of required experience.
