  • Adapt the program plan to autonomous vehicle development, meeting challenges and reducing risk to an acceptable level
  • Facilitate technical discussions to synchronize stakeholder expectations and schedule dependencies, and flag and mitigate discrepancies and misalignment
  • Ensure all plans are documented, well communicated, and approved by stakeholders
  • Coordinate across the organization to prioritize and deconflict activities and resources
  • Establish and evolve Subsystem and System Readiness best practices to improve the processes as lessons are learned

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience in driving complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs with competing priorities (cost, schedule, feasibility)
  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience with system level V&V or integration and test (I&T) experience on complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs
  • Strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership executives and iterating with them to deliver a cross-functional program plan
  • Demonstrated experience working across teams and disciplines driving a common vision, resolving competing priorities, managing dependencies and highlighting risks with mitigation

  • Works well with ambiguity, can focus themselves and the team on moving forward
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex engineering issues and tailor messaging based on audience
  • Preferred experience with autonomous vehicle system V&V and I&T management
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment across multiple time zones
