Senior Business Analyst for Debt Management Development

You will have the chance to test yourself in a role with a high degree of responsibility, room for proactive behavior.  </p> <p>The team you will join is characterized by a high degree of professionalism and focus on deliveries to strategic priorities for the future within Debt Management. <br/>The work environment encourage trust in the team and a high degree of openness to input and a good team spirit, where we Team Up and ensure each other succeed.</p> <p>Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer different seniority of the role.</p> <p><b>Some of the tasks in the role could be</b></p> <ul> <li>Working in cross-functional agile squad, which is responsible for our credit solutions within Debt Management</li> <li>Identifying business needs and translating them into clear goals, breaking these goals down into stories for developers</li> <li>Questioning existing practices and processes, looking for ways how to optimize them within our systems, adhering to the compliance and regulatory demands within the area</li> <li>Bridging developers and business area stakeholders to ensure quick and efficient collaboration</li> <li>Proactively seek solutions for improving processes and reduce operational and financial risk</li> <li>Providing domain knowledge, maintaining backlog, and testing</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications and Requirements</b></p> <p>Throughout your work you will be able to demonstrate that you can see the bigger picture and understanding actual underlying business problems and needs. You will do this through applying your analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and document different information and test solutions with attention to detail.
