Key Accountabilities

  • Investigating customer escapes and performs eight-step problem solving analysis to prevent recurrence

  • Developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes and procedures

  • Reporting Rolls-Royce Corporate Quality performance metrics

  • Developing programs to ensure the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications, and agency guidelines

Basic Requirements:

  •  An Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in engineering, quality or manufacturing OR;

  • A Bachelor’s degree OR;

  • A Master’s degree OR;

  • A JD/PhD OR;

  • In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Green Belt or Black Belt Certification

  • SAP & Database project experience using C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, VBA, VBS and/or SQL

  • Experience of GD&T system

  • Experiencing reading blueprints

  • Experience employing inspection techniques

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools
