About the role

We're on the search for a forward-thinking IT & D Senior Business Analyst who is also a Scrum Master, eager to make a real difference in our agile teams. Your responsibilities

- Use your in-depth understanding of agile methodologies to improve our processes and champion iterative development.

- Drive our agile ceremonies with finesse, fostering communication and transparency within the team.

- Manage change effectively, ensuring that any emerging challenges are addressed swiftly.

- Oversee the implementation of increments, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with requirements.

The experience we're looking for

- Solid foundation in the product / software delivery lifecycle paired with agile best practices, especially in the data field.

- Relevant certification in agile methodologies or frameworks (Scrum) and a passion for servant leadership.

- Proven experience in fostering teamwork and inclusive working environments.

- Adept at providing feedback constructively and adapting to changing demands.

- Proficient in managing project metrics and analytics, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

- Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps tool.
