Banyan Living is committed to providing exceptional living experiences in our luxury apartment communities. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.

- Reports to: Property Manager
- Compensation: $25 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- Dependable attendance is essential; you will represent Banyan Living and our property owners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Punctuality is key; arrive on time, ready to lead your team.
- A positive, can-do attitude is necessary!
- Flexibility in scheduling is important, especially during peak maintenance seasons.
- 3+ years of lead maintenance experience is preferred.
- All candidates must pass a background check, with employment dependent on results.
- All employees must comply with the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
