About This Job

Dutchie’s Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform financial, strategic, and operational decision-making across the company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Strategy, we’re seeking a Manager who will play a key role in shaping the Strategic Finance function and leading the execution of a broad range of high-impact strategic initiatives. 

What You'll Do...

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual revenue budgeting and forecasting for the company 
• Dive deep into areas of high variance and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand risks and opportunities
• Engage in preparing materials to be shared externally, including investor decks, financial models, and KPIs
• Program manage and work with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority, needle-moving growth, and optimization initiatives such as supporting FinTech Business partners on new product launches and build out financial models from scratch
• Model and sensitize around key opportunities, risks, and costs associated with the business model and plan
• Understand unit economics, competitive influences, and what drives growth
• Help define and shape how we report, evaluate, and analyze core KPIs of the business
• Partnership with GTM leaders to help with pricing analysis, GTM funnel analysis, AE Productivity, CAC

What you'll bring...

• Must have experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably SaaS or Fintech
• 1-2 years experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity,or Consulting with 1-2+ years corporate experience with strategic finance and/or fintech
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and quantitative analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to various stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with the ability to generate creative ideas, foresee future challenges, and implement innovative solutions

You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $150,000 - $170,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skill set, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.
