Job Summary
The Platform Integrity Experience Product Manager (EPM) will be responsible for ensuring our digital experience platform is trustworthy by design. This role will lead the product strategy for foundational platform capabilities including identity and access management (IAM), data access controls, service resiliency, performance observability, and experience governance.
Responsibilities
Define experience standards, interaction patterns, and platform-level design guardrails to ensure UI/UX consistency across domains
Establish governance mechanisms that guide distributed product teams in building cohesive, accessible, and on-brand user experience
Work with engineering leads to define architectural guardrails for scalable secure feature delivery
Own the customer onboarding experience strategy, working closely with CRH/IAM product management team to define requirements for provisioning, permissions, and delegated administration
Partner with Security and Architecture to embed zero trust principles and define product-level data access policies
Ensure platform capabilities align with compliance, audit, and regularity requirements
Ensure fast, stable, and reliable customer experiences across the platform
Define performance standards and partner with engineering to address system slowdowns or failures
Establish visibility into key platform health metrics (e.g. load times, error rates) and their customer impact
Support readiness for traffic spikes, feature launches, and system dependencies
Define shared metrics, event structures, and tagging standards to ensure consistency and comparability across experiences
Establish governance for experience analytics—enabling teams to self-serve while maintaining data quality and compliance
Qualifications
8-10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, infrastructure, or governance-focused initiatives
Proven success leading identity and access management (IAM), platform architecture, or digital security
Security certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCSP or equivalent)
Familiarity with experience analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude) observability tooling, and performance monitoring practices
The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $198,000 to $298,000 per year
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $177,000 to $265,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
