Lab Assistant II / Distribution Clerk II

Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

May work multiple roles supporting laboratory operations. Responsible for accurately handling and processing all laboratory specimens, ensuring specimen integrity by adhering to laboratory procedures. Responsible for accurately entering patient, client billing, or testing information into the Laboratory Information System. Utilizes distribution resources and knowledge of testing material to keep CPL clients supplied with necessary material to submit samples to the lab for testing. Utilizes inventory counting and projected usage to order client supplies weekly and monthly.
